Winning Cases for Clients
Over the years, John has represented many clients, including chefs and candle factory owners, all who have felt the powerful and positive impact of his work. The owner of a restaurant in Houston called John to ask for help. She owned a restaurant that was struggling in spite of all her hard work and effort. The closing cost of the business was quite extensive, and she felt it wasn’t fair. She knew she had to close down immediately but wasn’t familiar with the process. She told John she was at a breaking point. John assisted her through the closing until she had moved on and found a more suitable location for her business and her future. A candle factory in Houston also found itself in very similar circumstances. John was able to assist the owner of the factory in dissolving her business. They provided her the answers she was looking for, and explained what every detail of the process meant. The owner expressed his gratitude afterward saying, "I appreciated everything you did for me. I will refer you to anyone I come across if they need an attorney." He went on to explain that he felt as if his company will flourish even more in the future. Without the advice of John, the owner of the candle factory said can’t imagine how he would’ve managed everything else while also keeping track of the legal concerns. One of John’s clients explained why she no longer minds attending school full-time while working full-time. "It’s not overly stressful, and the workload is not too hectic. I’ve never worked pushed harder in my life, and I don’t mind the challenges I face as much anymore. That’s all thanks to your willingness to take your time a few years ago and educate me on all the possibilities I had." Attorneys have to be skilled, knowledgeable and experienced in order to best serve their clients. They can’t possibly imagine the future with the limited knowledge they have of the situation at hand. Luckily, John Scott does have what it takes. He has guided many through hard times with the utmost sincerity and consideration.
